Timezone appoints BrandAsian for revamp

SINGAPORE - Timezone, an operator of family entertainment centres throughout Australia and Asia, has appointed Singapore-based brand consultancy, BrandAsian, to reposition its brand and positioning.

Timezone appoints BrandAsian for revamp
The arcade games operator is a division of Leisure & Allied Industries, a market leader in the arcade games business with operations in several Asian markets.

The company expanded overseas in 1995 and has gained a foothold in over 200 locations, operating in Australia, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam. In Singapore, Timezone is also the leader in the interactive games industry with 12 outlets around the island.

The revamp of its brand and positioning across its operations in Asia is expected to be rolled out before the end of this year.

BrandAsian CEO Joe Baladi said: “Timezone is already a leader in its own space. It has reached a certain point where it recognises that the next level of growth will come from a review and consolidation of its brand proposition. That is what leader companies do – they eschew complacency, build on what they have and charge forward.”
