The new office marks the third global base for The Partners, who also have offices in London and New York, and signifies the consultancy’s commitment to its ongoing international growth strategy. As it continues to expand, The Partners is also broadening its range of clients and capabilities.

Heading up the new office is Anant Deboor, newly appointed managing director for Singapore and a well-known brand consultant in the region. Formerly a strategic planning director at JWT, Deboor’s past clients include HSBC, Rolex, Pepsi, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson and Unilever’s food brands – Lipton and Knorr.

Commenting on the official opening of the Singapore office, Jim Prior, CEO, The Partners, said they are delighted to announce the opening of our Singapore office after a year of planning. “Our move into this new market marks the next step in our global expansion and we excited at the opportunities that exist to harness the fast-paced economic and social growth taking place there.”

Deboor said this is an exciting time for the company to establish The Partners in Singapore, as there is a great amount of change underway here, with the region on a unique, upward curve.

The opening of the new office in Singapore caps a successful year for The Partners, who have witnessed substantial growth in business this year. The team in London has also increased through a number of new hires, including Matt Woods, appointed to the newly created role of UK managing director in June; Dave Roberts, who joined from Fitch as creative director and Matt Millington, who came on board as business development director in October.

In addition to the expanding team, The Partners has retained its title of the UK’s most creatively awarded company in 2011. The consultancy recently won a Gold Lion at Cannes for the third time out of the four years that Design has been a category.
