With the win, Text 100 will be tasked with providing both traditional and digital public relations services for Talent2. A regional campaign will be led out of Sydney with teams operating in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, UK, the Middle East and Europe.

Anne Costello, South Asia regional director  at Text 100 commented, “Talent2’s roots are in Australia, but its global presence has increased dramatically over the years. We have a deep understanding of the Australia, Asia, Middle East and European market and the differences of the various geographies, as well as thorough experience of working with a variety of outsourcing providers. We’re looking forward to the challenge of shifting perceptions of Talent2 beyond that of ‘recruiter’ to a strategic business partner for its clients."

Melanie Fitzpatrick, global marketing director at Talent2, said the firm had looked for an agency that could provide network, scale and ground support across the key regions. “We also needed a partner that has a strategic understanding of our business and a view of the challenges that each respective market provided. Text 100 impressed us with the breadth and depth of its consultants across the region and was the clear choice to shape our communications,” she said.
