Billing are understood to be worth US$2 million. TBWA will be responsible for all creative development for new campaigns. The agency will also manage media planning and buying for the brand. TBWA's first campaign for Market O is expected to launch in August.

"We think it's possible for us to provide more integrated and overall strategies for both brands of Orion Confectionery," said Kyung Woo Nam, executive corporate managing director at TBWA Korea.

Market O is the umbrella company of Orion Confectionery. Orion is one of the three largest food companies in Korea, which is known for its Choco Pie brand on an international level.

TBWA Korea already works with Orion's Dr. You brand. Together with Market O, the two brands are said to hold 70 per cent of the premium snack sector in Korea.
