The appointment follows a competitive pitch against four other agencies, including Hakuhodo, Dentsu, Asatsu and Iris. The pitch was held in the latter part of June.

While the name of the new model remains confidential, the launch is scheduled to take place during October.

“We are extremely proud to join a competitive pitch and win the Suzuki account," said Omar Shahab, global business director. "We are looking forward to creating sparks for the Suzuki brand in Indonesia's motorcycle industry, and overall creative business results."

There are three categories of Suzuki motorcycles, namely Underbone, Scooter and Sport, offering more than 10 products.

In November, Suzuki awarded the media account for its corporate TV campaign, titled ‘Change & challenge’, to Dentsu Media Indonesia.
