Sushi Tei taps Red Dawn for PR

SINGAPORE - Sushi Tei, a leading chain of Japanese restaurants, has appointed Red Dawn Communications as its PR agency in Singapore.

Sushi Tei taps Red Dawn for PR
The local PR firm will be charged with public relations drives that are in line with the restaurant chain’s 15th anniversary celebrations.

“Sushi Tei is a strong brand for Japanese food in Singapore, one that is poised to grow, and further distinguish itself from other restaurant brands," said Florence Ang, director and founder of Red Dawn Communications. “To do that, the Sushi Tei message and its heritage should be shared with different audience members, from its staff to its loyal customers, and not excluding potential business partners or franchisees overseas.“

Since its establishment in 1994, Sushi Tei has grown to 11 outlets across Singapore. It has 15 restaurants across China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia.

Separately, Red Dawn will manage PR for Nex, Singapore’s next major heartland mall.

Stated to open by end 2010, Nex will be the largest mall in the Northeast of the city-state with over 600,000 square feet of retail space.

The six-storey mall currently counts Japanese department store, Isetan, IT store Challenger, and household furniture and electronics mega store, Courts as some of its tenants.
