SingTel's Group Digital L!fe appoints head of global advertising for regional expansion

SINGAPORE - Grant Watts has joined SingTel's Group Digital L!fe as head of global advertising to lead a new advertising vertical and bring the Group's iMedia platform to the region.

In this newly created role, Watts will be involved in building the advertising ecosystem for the Group, developing the platforms and enhancing the advertising sales and business capabilities in the Group’s transformation into a media company.

Prior to joining Group Digital L!fe, Grant was SVP and managing director for Amobee, Asia-Pacific, and has a proven track record of building, running and amplifying successful media and technology-related businesses.

His experience spans more than 20 years and extends across Australia, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, in a number of sales and senior management roles, including stints in MSN and Yahoo. He has spent the last 12 years in Singapore.

Watts reports to Allen Lew, CEO of Group Digital L!fe, and works closely with Madeline Tan, director for advertising sales.
