The WDA has issued a tender for a media agency to provide services of media strategy, consultancy, planning and purchase for advertising space in local media channels.

ZenithOptimedia was appointed agency-of-record for the account in February last year, in a two-year deal.

The agency was tasked with media plans and purchasing well-targeted advertising space in local media channels for WDA’s public education programme on the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) System and other training programmes under the Continuing Education and Training (CET) System.

WDA had no media AOR previously and worked with different agencies on a project basis.

Representatives from the WDA and ZenithOptimedia declined to comment on the tender.
