It has named Laurent Thevenet as technical director, while Nicolyn Marino is to take on the digital production director role.

Jean-Paul Burge, SEA president and CEO Singapore at BBDO Proximity, said its digital offering and capabilities continue to grow.

As technical director, Thevenet will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of technology, making sure all programmes work across all devices and giving more flexibility to the process to enhance user experience.

Prior to joining Proximity, he was an entrepreneur and creative technologist at the interactive studio start-up RightBrain Asia, with experience in new business development; front/backend development work in user experience; user interaction; responsive web design and server infrastructure design.

He has worked with clients such as the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Sports, Singapore, Pascal Morabito and the Suria Channel.

Meanwhile, Marino moves from BBH Singapore where she led a project with Google to create Open Spaces for Indonesian artists to use an HTML5 web drawing tool to create art for display around Jakarta.

She previously worked with Mother London, having built digital project management teams while leading the work on Beck's Augmented Reality "Green Box Project" spanning seven cities and 25 international artists.

Her clients include BBC, L'Oreal, IKEA, Royal Bank of Scotland, Energizer, Santander and Unilever while she was at W+K London, AMV BBDO and VML London.
