SINGAPORE - PR Communications has launched Eco-PR, a practice dedicated to the environmental, clean energy and sustainability-related business sectors.

PR Communications launches arm for green causes

Faced with environmental issues, climate change and energy security, the new arm will act as a bridge for companies to communicate their positive environmental impact to stakeholders.

Belinda Prentice has been appointed to head up the practice.

On the need for such a practice, Eric Chan, MD of PR Communications, said: "We felt a real need to offer a unique service to the business sector, and to enable companies to share their positive initiatives with the public and speak directly with their chosen market."

He added: "There has never been a better time for us to be opening dialogue with businesses in this area to discuss ways in which they are securing a sustainable future, and gain support and possible involvement from the wider community."
