This is the company’s fourth office, adding to their offices in Johannesberg, Cape Town and Sydney.

Ad industry veteran Patrick Pitcher has been appointed as chairman for the region. A member of the Singapore Tourism Board from 2007 to 2011, and director and shareholder of various private companies including Edge Marketing Group, Pitcher was CEO of Asia Pacific and Africa for Saatchi and Saatchi with a seat on the worldwide board, and was previously CEO of JWT Asia Pacific South.

Pitcher will be responsible for regional CRM business development, and provide strategic counsel and guidance to global expansion plans.

“With consumers facing a barrage of information across an increasingly fragmented media landscape, it is becoming increasingly difficult to gain the attention of and acquire new customers. The value in maintaining existing customers, driving repeat business and getting customers to trade up is becoming increasingly apparent. We are finding this across all our key markets including F&B, hospitality, luxury and retail.”

He added, "There is clearly an opportunity for the top brands in Asia to engage the consumer more effectively in order to grow their market share. Singapore is an established market for the CRM industry, and will help spearhead our efforts to expand our Asian footprint.”

Endless Rewards is currently in talks with large, blue-chip global retailers in Asia. Some of their international clients include KFC, Harley-Davidson, OshKosh B’gosh, Barcelos, Rodney Clarke, and The Meat & Wine Co.
