The agency will be handling the 360 branding campaigns for the floor care category, initially in two markets, including Singapore and Taiwan.

Commenting on the appointment, Bing Leow, general manager of domestic retail operations for Singapore, said, “Ogilvy did not approach this like a traditional ad agency. They started at the shelf and built outwards from there, and shared with us a truly powerful and fresh idea.”

Added Dan Gibson, managing director of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Singapore, “We provided an idea-led approach designed first and foremost to work for Miele’s business goals. Happily that has really resonated, and we look forward to producing great communications for the brand. ”
