She brings with her almost 19 years of experience in the advertising industry specialising in communications, digital and customer relationship management.

In her new role, Garcon will lead the L'Oreal team at Nurun with the aim of expanding its services to include emarketing and strategic planning.

"The opportunity for me to join an agency in a booming market, and to learn a new market and culture is unparalled. The digital ecosystem is amazing in China - compared with France and Europe - and it’s an opportunity to invent and create new digital services and content," said Garcon.
