Chadwick (pictured), who continues to be based in Singapore, joined Mondelēz at the start of the year and is also the Asia-Pacific representative on the snack giant's global brand strategy team.

He is tasked with crafting Mondelēz' brand strategy for its full portfolio of brands across the region and for Cadbury globally.

Chadwick joined JWT Singapore in November 2010 from Publicis UK, where he was a strategy director. At JWT, he was also regional planning director for Sunsilk and Johnson & Johnson and led global planning for Friso.

A spokesperson for JWT said the agency will soon appoint a new planning director for Singapore. "It’s a significant promotion, and we are very happy for [Chadwick]. [Mondelēz] is a valued JWT client, and we know he brings a lot to the role," the spokesperson said.
