#MeToo: Publicis ends ties with Ishrath Nawaz

Ishrath Nawaz, ECD at Publicis India, has been asked to leave the agency following claims of sexual harassment earlier this month.

Nawaz joined Publicis earlier this year from McCann Worldwide, where he was senior creative director.

The statement from Publicis read:

The investigation in relation to Mr Ishrath Nawaz has been concluded. Mr Nawaz's conduct has been found to be violative of Publicis India's policy. Consequently, Mr Ishrath Nawaz's services have been terminated.

This move follows Dentsu Aegis Network ending ties with four of its employees
