Khazanah TAR appoints Ogilvy Group in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR - Khazanah Theme Attractions & Resorts (TAR) has appointed Ogilvy Group as its lead agency in Malaysia.

The tasks will involve Ogilvy's many arms, including Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, Ogilvy One, Ogilvy Action and Red Works, Ogilvy's below-the-line activation agency.

TAR is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional and develops and operates themed attractions and resorts to enhance the leisure and tourism industry in Malaysia, with a focus on families.

TAR is currently managing two new projects due for launch over the next 12 months. The first is an educational theme park called KidZania, which will be located in Kuala Lumpur. The second is a family indoor theme park in Johor.
