Isobar makes key regional hires

ASIA-PACIFIC - Isobar Asia-Pacific has made a number of significant promotions to accelerate its global strategy in Asia.

Dwayne Serjeant, currently MD of Isobar Hong Kong, will be promoted to regional practice leader in user experience. Sergeant joined Isobar in 2007 as creative director and was appointed MD of the Hong Kong office in 2010. Prior to Isobar, he was principal of user experience for Ion Global, based out of Hong Kong. 

Mike Chang has been appointed technology solution architect for Isobar Asia-Pacific and will lead regional clients in innovating technology solutions in the digital marketing space. Mike joined Wwwins Isobar China in 2006 and has 15 years experience in the information technology industry.

Jane Lin-Baden returns to the Isobar network as the region's CRM practice leader. Former COO of Wwwins Isobar Greater China and founder of a Chinese CRM agency, which folded into Isobar in 2008, Lin-Baden has 16 years of experience servicing clients such as Sony Ericsson, BMW, Motorola and P&G.

The promotions are in addition to the appointment of Peter Shen as chief creative officer of Wwwins Isobar China and Howard Smith as integrated business director of Asia-Pacific.

"We have exceptional talent and these new appointments will build on our strengths and help us continue to do the best we possibly can for our clients," Jean Lin, CEO of Isobar Asia-Pacific said.
