Bhattacharjee is tasked with creating brand experiences on mobile devices, including branded apps.

“Mobile devices sit at the heart of our lives today, more so in Asia than anywhere else,” said Prashant Kumar, president for Asia World Markets at IPG Mediabrands. “It’s only natural that for brands to win share of hearts, they plug their marketing to mobile platforms.”

Bhattacharjee was most recently in charge of the online and mobile business at Network18, where he also conceptualised and launched content delivery apps across iOS and Android for the company's news and social media arms.

“Increasing anytime, anyplace access to our consumers makes it an exciting time for us to lead the change for our clients and help them navigate the blue ocean opportunities therein,” Bhattacharjee said.
