How do you fix calling your customer a 'b*tch' on Facebook?

MALAYSIA – Chichi Malaysian patisserie Les Deux Garcons escalated a simple complaint on Facebook to an all-out social media crisis this weekend when it responded rudely to the customer and eventually, called her a "bitch".
