SHANGHAI - Havas Shanghai has won two new accounts: Bank of Communications and beverage brand Uni Green Tea.

The agency won the Bank of Communications account after a pitch against Y&R, Grey and Dentsu Aegis, following which Havas Shanghai will lead the bank's brand strategy and creative advertising for a period of two years starting this month. Bank of Communications is one the largest banks in China, with a history dating back to 1908.

For the Uni Green Tea account, also won following a pitch, the agency will be in charge of repositioning the brand for a relaunch next year. The agency started working with the brand in August, covering development of communications strategy and creative development across all platforms including television, print, digital and BTL.

Launched in 1999, Uni Green Tea is one of the flagship beverage brands of Taiwanese FMCG company Uni-President and is the top soft drinks among young people in China.

"Our consecutive wins demonstrate our great integrated creative capability," Donald Chan, CEO of Havas Creative Group China, said in a release. We look forward to working with Uni-President and Bank of Communications and growing alongside the brands."
