ASIA-PACIFIC - Following the global launch, Havas is expanding its outdoor geomarketing agency Adcity to Asia-Pacific with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Adcity, which provides OOH planning and buying to brands in both traditional and digital formats, will be led by Franck Vidal, regional business director. Vidal, who moved from Kinetic, has a decade of OOH experience. He has previously worked with JCDecaux in Thailand, France and the UK.

The new network will work closely with other Havas Group companies including Socialyse, Mobext and Ecselis.

“Adcity will bring a unique science in OOH planning and will be particularly valuable for the region due to its high level of digitization and sophistication,” said Matttiew Habra, global head of Adcity.

Adcity was first launched in December 2014 in France, where it now has more than 100 employees across six local offices. Last month, the company rolled it out to 35 other offices across Europe, North America and Latin America.
