Chen is responsible for the strategic growth and operation of the group's digital business in China, working closely with the digital teams of GroupM agencies to ensure seamless delivery of the group's digital products and services to clients.

Chen has over 16 years' professional experience in Greater China, mostly focused in digital media development and management. Prior to joining GroupM, he was Dell's general manager, consumer direct, for Greater China. He has also worked in senior management roles at Real Network, Ebay and Yahoo in China.
