Sinha was previously regional planning director, Asia, at Bates India.

Grey hires Dheeraj Sinha as consultant to head planning for South and Southeast Asia
Grey Worldwide has hired Dheeraj Sinha (pictured) as a consultant. According to an agency statement, Sinha will head planning for South and Southeast Asia. His last stint was with Bates India where he was regional planning director, Asia.
 
Jishnu Sen, president and chief executive officer for Grey India, said he is a "huge fan" of Sinha and his reputation precedes him. 
 
"His work, his awards, his publishings are all testimony to his prowess," he said. "So when Dheeraj started his counsultancy, we became his client.  And the chemistry is fabulous.”
 
Sinha had joined Bates in 2005. Prior to that, he had worked with McCann Erickson and Euro RSCG in.
 
Sinha said, “I feel a great sense of energy and determination about the people at Grey. In all my interactions with Jishnu, Amit and Malvika, it looked that we can play as a team to create some magical work.”
