The win adds to Fulford's sports events portfolio, after it handled the 2008 SingTel Singapore Formula One Grand Prix and the Standard Chartered Marathon, among others.

AYG, which runs from 29 June to 7 July this year, is part of the build-up to the 2010 Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Singapore. The purpose is to allow youths to use the chance to benchmark their performances against teams from Asian nations. The Games will also provide Singapore with an opportunity to test organisational and logistical capabilities in advance of the YOG.

They will be attended by an estimated 1,000 athletes aged between 14 and 17 from 45 countries competing in more than 80 sporting events.
