Woo, who will be based in Hong Kong, started her career as a senior professional recruiter for Heidrick & Struggles, an executive search firm. She later worked at BASF as regional human resources business partner, managing a broad range of talent functions across Asia.

“Ensuring that Fleishman-Hillard always maintains its distinguishing trait as ‘a place where exceptionally talented people do the best work of their lives’ is a serious commitment that we make to staff and clients,” said Lynne Anne Davis, Fleishman-Hillard president for Asia Pacific. The agency will continue to invest heavily in attracting talent across the region, she added.

Over the past six months, the company has hired a string of senior executives across the region. Early in the year, Brian West joined the Singapore office as managing director and partner for reputation management, responsible for the APAC region. Sarah Scholefield also joined as head of consumer and lifestyle communication in Singapore. Miranda Cai and Indranil Ghosh, joined as general managers for Shanghai and Mumbai, respectively.
