With 15 years of industry experience in Thailand, Kaitkanarat is tasked with overseeing operations with a strong focus on new business growth.

He replaces Neil Holt, who was recently appointed as CEO of Rapp Thailand.

Kaitkanarat joins from Lowe Thailand, where he spent the last decade in various roles in strategy, knowledge management, business development and most recently as senior vice-president.

During his time there, he also ran the Bluesky brand consulting business and worked on accounts such as Unilever, SCB, Thai Airways, BJC, Sony Cerebos and AIS GSM. Prior to this he spent time at Big Bang and Dentsu Y&R (now Y&R).

Lowe Thailand recently announced the retirement of its CEO Tony Prehn, and named Jeremy Hine as his successor.

Matthew Fanshawe, managing director, Euro RSCG Asia-Pacific describes Kaitkanarat as the total package, “A local who has extensive experience in-market, has a rich strategy background and a steller new business development track record. On top of this, he’s worked with some of the market’s top brands and is exactly the caliber of talent we look to hire,” he said.

“Trust is earned by being a true business partner with the client, and together delivering creative business ideas that create a better future for brands and the society they live in,” said Kaitkanarat.

He will work with Asawin ‘Bear’ Phanichwatana, ECD, who joined the agency in 2009 – forming a strong partnership that will re-establish Euro RSCG’s position in Thailand.

The appointment is effective immediately, and Kaitkanarat reports into Fanshawe.
