SINGAPORE/NEW YORK - On the heels of joining the agency in December 2013, Sebastien Desclée, president of Draftfcb International, has wasted no time in naming his leadership team.

The multinational team will consist of chief creative officer Luis Silva Dias, Antonio Delgado as chief operating officer of affiliates, Jonathan Allard as chief financial officer and Laura Field as EVP talent director.

Dias will remain president and CEO of Draftfcb Portugal. Delgado will be the key person in building the agency's affiliate model by expanding the one established in Latin America to other regions. Singapore-based Allard has acted as Draftfcb’s chief operating officer for Asia-Pacific for the last two years. Field was most recently HR director for Europe.

The new team has "tremendous knowledge of the local cultures" of the network’s international offices, said Desclée, who reports to global CEO Carter Murray. The international offices are an important and far-reaching part of the network whose primary focus is advancing the creative business locally as well as internationally.

“The cumulative experience of this all-star team is sure to significantly upgrade our offering in 2014 and beyond,” he added.

Draftfcb International is a cluster of markets within Asia-Pacific apart from Greater China and India. They are Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
