Chin has worked across a range of marketing and digital roles, having worked at OgilvyOne, XM Asia and TEQUILA. She moves from Element14, where she was head of commercial marketing.

She said given the number of digital agencies in Singapore, Dog Digital will seek to differentiate itself by backing its solutions with a “strong marketing foundation”.

“I believe in the talent and experience that Dog Digital brings into the market and I am proud to lead the agency’s charge into Asia,” she said.

Gerry McCusker, founder and CEO, added that the agency's strong digital heritage will help differentiate Dog Digital in Singapore.

He said, “We are not ad agency that’s now turning to digital. We’re not a social media shop that’s started in last year. We have 10 years experience in this world and I think that will stand us in good stead.”
