Destination Macau flips a page with new name and cover redesign

Destination Macau has been re-titled DM with a fresh design and layout with new sections in the magazine featuring exclusive interviews with high-profile luxury sector influencers.

The editorial focus of the bi-monthly publication highlights what Macau has to offer in high-end fashion, fine dining, and world-class entertainment.

In the launch issue, Frida Giannini, creative director of Gucci and Diego Della Valle, CEO of Italian luxury leather goods company Tod’s were interviewed.

"We're very proud of DM’s new look, which reflects international content that is relevant to the ever changing retail landscape in Macau," Mark Hammons, group publisher and managing director of Ignite Media Group said.

The Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) plans to position Macau as a "world centre of tourism and leisure", as established in China's 12th five-year plan. Business volume of Macau travel agencies soared 33 per cent last year, according to its Statistics and Census Service (DSEC).
