The programme will see six successful applicants join BBH for a 12-week internship from May. The challenge is to take a real brief, generate an idea and then launch a campaign by August.

BBH said this exposes interns to the "full inner workings of the agency, at speed, in a supported, structured way".

James Sowden, director of engagement planning at BBH, said, "Many of us started our careers through work experience of some kind, although it was often a bit of a lonely drudge. The BBH Barn reframes that through creation of a real value exchange.”

The BBH Barn applications are open for the next three weeks and will close on 4 April. Candidates should apply via the BBH Barn website.
