“Traditional adspend figures in Taiwan have been quite stagnant, but digital adspend actually has double-digit growth in the last two years," Ann Yang, CEO of Aegis Media Taiwan, told Campaign Asia-Pacific.

The new leaders are expected to enhance integration among the group's different brands, inclding Isobar, iProspect, Carat, Vizeum, AAA and Posterscope.

Shao has been MD of wwwins Isobar Taiwan for seven years. Yang praised her as a visionary leader whose drive and passion will accelerate digital growth and provide deeper consultative and comprehensive services.

Chou, who has been with Isobar Taiwan since 2004 as account manager, relocated to the Shanghai office in the past two years as planning director, where she played a role in award-winning digital campaigns including Coca-Cola's 2012 Olympics Join the China Beat campaign and Coca-Cola's 'Mini Pack Launch' campaign. She was nominated as the 2012 Campaign Greater China Planner of the Year.

Meanwhile, Chang, previously executive director, digital media service, at wwwins Isobar Taiwan, will report to Shao, focusing on the enhancement of digital media relationships and on how to utilize innovative tools effectively to strengthen vendors’ partnerships with the clients.

Aegis Media Group is the number one media partner of Google and Yahoo Taiwan, Yang added.
