AdMaster creates four new business divisions

AdMaster forms new Jingshuo Technology Group in response to growing product matrix.

AdMaster creates four new business divisions

The four divisions, to be housed under the new corporate entity, Jingshuo Technology Group, are:

  1. AdMaster, which provides marketing measurement, media planning and content analysis, led by Calvin Chan, who will also be Group COO
  2. nEqual, which covers data intelligence and marketing automation tools to "empower smart business", led by Tenly Wu, who will also be Group CPO
  3. JinShuJu, a form-based data collection and management platform, led by Michael Chen
  4. TuiCe, which offers "social customer service" solutions, led by Zoe Li

In the face of the endless stream of industry needs in China, AdMaster's product matrix has gone from ad monitoring when formed in 2006 to data management through software-as-a-service (SaaS) services, prompting this reorganisation.

The establishment of the holding company is "an innovative leap forward", according to the group's announcement yesterday. The clear division of labour between the four different divisions will help the group focus more and help clients utilise data to realise digital transformation, said Vincent Yan, founder and Group CEO.
