Google Chrome rolls out Indonesia campaign from BBH Asia Pacific

JAKARTA – Indonesia is the most recent market to roll out a series of TVCs for Google Chrome, from BBH Asia Pacific.

The Indonesian campaign features two films – Indonesia Berkebun (Indonesia Urban Farming) a movement to claim back the environment, and Blood For Life, a life saving initiative that connects blood donors to patients.

Thailand was the first international market to launch the campaign in June this year.

The Thai campaign featured local success stories: an entrepreneur starting a Muay Thai online business across the world, and a non-profit organization using the web to save Soi Dogs in Bangkok.

Local adaptations of the now viral BBH New York film ‘Dear Sophie’ - about a father who uses the internet to scrapbook memories of his daughter growing up – were also produced for both markets.

‘The web is what you make of it’ is part of the ongoing Google Chrome global campaign first launched across North America by BBH New York in May 2011.

Google’s biggest above-the-line campaign to date, it celebrates people who have changed their worlds and the world around them through brilliant use of the web. It also showcases the capabilities of Google’s new internet browser Chrome.
