Photos: HK Express throws 3rd-anniversary party

HK Express celebrated its 3rd anniversary with a party at the Annex last week.

The budget carrier offered a buy-one-get-one-free offer for flights to most destinations in October.

Chief executive Andrew Cowen said the airline will focus on expanding its short-haul flight network in the next year.
