Hong Kong hotel creates world's largest 'coffee mosaic'

Using 8,888 cups of coffee, Le Méridien Cyberport Hong Kong set an official Guinness World Record yesterday for the "largest coffee mosaic" during HOFEX 2015, a food and hospitality trade show. More than 70 hotel team members prepared the impressive artwork (or tragic waste of perfectly good coffee, depending on your point of view), which also depicts the logo of UNICEF, which the hotel's parent company Starwood has supported for many years.
