Working in close partnership with Mawar Quek, business director at Y&R, the duo will be responsible for Resorts World Sentosa, which the agency won in August 2009. Quek is an expert in the tourism category with nine years spent in senior positions at Singapore Tourism Board (STB).

Natoli brings to Y&R two decades of marketing and communications experience. Over the past nine years he worked for integrated resorts both in Australia and Macau.

His most recent role was director of brands and communications for City of Dreams Macau and Altira Macau where he was responsible for the advertising, branding and communications for both properties. Prior to this he held various marketing positions with Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia.

"To add further strategic value to our key client Resorts World Sentosa, we felt it was necessary to recruit a specialist in the marketing of integrated resorts," said Y&R Singapore group CEO Tanuj Philip.

He added, "Mario's experience in the space and his passion for advertising and branding will add a new dimension to the agency as well as our partnership with the client."
