Kim joins XM Asia from the Portland, Oregon, office of Wieden + Kennedy where, as senior digital strategist, he drove digital, social and mobile marketing strategy.

He was formerly senior global product line manager for running footwear at Nike. He also founded Kicksology.net, a resource for performance-based reviews of basketball footwear, and co-founded 37signals, a boutique interactive design firm.

Paul Soon, chief executive officer of XM Asia, said Kim will play a key role in expanding XM’s business across Southeast Asia. Kim added that he was drawn to Singapore because of the “dynamism of the region”.

He said, “I can't wait to roll up my sleeves and get to work building experiences that catalyse deep, enduring relationships between our clients and their customers."
