Serjeant will report to Chris Ryan who was named CEO of Aegis Media Hong Kong in early January. Ryan was previously Wwwins’ managing director.

According the agency, Wwwins is currently short-listing candidates for the position of creative director.

On his appointment, Serjeant said he aims to strengthen Wwwins’ digital operations. “Digital moves at such a high pace, and so do we. We have built a strong reputation for guiding our clients effectively through this rapidly advancing landscape. An increasing number of regional and global clients have been knocking on our door as a result,” he said.

Wwwins, a division of Carat’s digital arm Isobar, serves key clients including The Peninsula, Reebok and P&G. Among its recent initiatives is the launch of its CRM platform Astro.
