She was promoted to group head in 2008, and then to head of account management a year later. During her tenure she has worked as the key business lead on clients like Visa, RaboDirect, Beiersdorf and Singapore Airlines.

Bradbury said, "Nitsa has been a critical contributor to the recent growth of the agency and will play a fundamental role in ensuring the agency continues to deliver for its clients."

"It's an exiting time for this agency. I'm thrilled to be a part of it and am very much looking forward to the year ahead and my role in continuing our success," said Lotus.

Whybin TBWA Tequila's Sydney office has over 150 employees in working across a strong client portfolio, including Apple, Visa, Nissan, Sony Playstation, Mars, GSK, Wyeth and Pernod Ricard.
