Whizdom Condominium is a Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) project and the latest appointment could lead to other projects for Grey Group in the future.

In a highly competitive and fast growing real estate market, the WPP agency is tasked with providing integrated communications for the condominium brand to stand out from other local competitors.

Grey Group Thailand will also oversee the re-launch of the condominium and will develop new sales strategies for the development.

On the account win, Pattaraporn Wongmesak, Grey Group Thailand’s AVP and country manager said that outstanding creative, deep insights into the market and understanding of the condominium brand was key to Grey’s success.

In January, Siam Park City, one of Thailand’s largest amusement parks, appointed Grey Bangkok as its creative agency.
