It is believed that Mindbender and Dentsu were the other agencies that pitched for this campaign. Previously, Touch ‘n Go handled its advertising and marketing communications internally, Campaign Asia-Pacific has learned.

As part of this repositioning, Grey Group Malaysia is tasked with creating awareness of the company’s multiple payment platforms while keeping its look and feel consistent across all touchpoints.

The communications plan will be rolled out in August through social media networks, as well as radio, digital and activation campaigns.
