“Vertic is an innovative blend of business understanding, technology and creativity,’ Love said in a statement. “A remarkably talented and international digital agency with global clients like Microsoft, SAP, Philips, MTV, Vestas, Carlsberg, and Siemens, I am impressed with the people I have met and the principles and values on which they are building their company.”

The New York-based agency also recently opened an office in Seattle. Asil Toksal, formerly head of technology and innovation at Vertic, has been named to lead growth in Singapore alongside co-founder and EMEA President, Mads Krogh Petersen, according to the agency.
