Williams will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the agency's regional clients, including Proctor & Gamble, Virgin Blue and Chow Tai Fook. She will work alongside managing director Jonathan Cummings and creative director Mike Dorrian.
Hails from UK with over with 20 years’ integrated marketing experience, Williams was most recently a new business director at independent branding and marketing agency Cubo Creative in London. Since her appointment in 2007, she brought in new clients like Superdrug (British pharmacy chain under the AS Watson Group) and Pernod Ricard International pillar brands Chivas Regal, Jameson’s and Jacob’s Creek, among others.
Her resume also includes founding managing director of London-based Golley Slater Promote & Bond, client service director at The Marketing Store and head of sales promotion at Draft Worldwide.
“Cally is a real leader, who combines true insight into strategic brand communications with a great sense of fun, and I know she’ll make a fantastic addition to the growing Start Hong Kong team,” said Cummings.
