The EDB is also looking for an agency to provide media services including traditional, on-ground and digital channels as well as provide search-engine-marketing and search-engine-optimisation advice.

The board is also seeking an agency to maintain its digital assets and related digital services including all the board's websites, its YouTube channel and the development of additional digital content.

Agencies may bid for one or more of these accounts by submitting a tender for proposal via GeBiz by May 21.

The EDB has appointed consultancy R3 Asia Pacific to manage the pitch process.

Agencies interested in the account should have a team with extensive US-based communications planning experience, and experience working in Singapore or in Asia. Experience with Europe is an asset.

"The focus of this pitch is to help EDB identify worldclass talent and an agency model that best facilitates strategic engagement," said Goh Shu Fen, principal and founder of R3.
