Pooley will join the RedWorks Singapore team in mid January, moving across from OgilvyOne Hong Kong.

He replaces John Bailey who had joined RedWorks Singapore in April last year, and was recently named as ECD at the newly-established DDB Indonesia, alongside Dean Cloke who quit his role as RedWorks MD in July 2011. Cloke was formerly Redworks' regional VP and MD.

An Ogilvy veteran, Pooley joined the network in 1995 in Melbourne and has worked in Singapore and Hong Kong for OgilvyOne. He has been recognised at Cannes, the One Show, London International Awards, New York Festivals, Asia Pacific Awards, Adfest, Communication Arts, Times Asia and the Clios.

“RedWorks in Singapore has seen dramatic growth over the last few years and the company is now evolving to the next stage of its development. Shayne’s appointment brings the creative edge to our already strong leadership team,” Rob Doswell, managing director at RedWorks Singapore, said. “His management experience, 360 degree creative skills and his ability to drive quality across the team will be invaluable to the RedWorks team and our clients.”

Commenting on the appointment, Pooley said, “Moving to head up RedWorks in Singapore is an exciting, new challenge. I have worked across different disciplines within Ogilvy and this role provides the opportunity to take that experience into one team and build a truly integrated offering including broadcast, digital, on and offline creative as well as production services.”
