Samir Chonkar returns to Everest Brand Solutions as ECD in Mumbai

MUMBAI – Integrated communications agency Everest Brand Solutions (EBS) has hired Samir Chonkar (pictured) as executive creative director in India.

Chonkar is returning to EBS Mumbai after a stint at Draft FCB Ulka and M&C Saatchi.

He initially joined the agency in 1992 in working with major FMCG brands like Parle, Tortoise Mosquito Repellent, Frooti and Bailley. 

Speaking of Chonkar's return, D. Rajappa, president of EBS, said, “We hope Samir will not only create impactful and great campaigns but also play a mentoring role to his team.”

Chonkar will work closely with Romeen Yarkhan, who joined EBS as ECD in September this year.
