Roger Pua named LinkedIn regional corporate communications director

ASIA-PACIFIC - Professional networking site LinkedIn has appointed Roger Pua (pictured) as its director of corporate communications, Asia-Pacific and Japan.

Pua is based in Singapore, reporting to LinkedIn's vice-president of corporate communications Shannon Stubo in its global headquarters in Mountain View, California.

He was most recently VP of global communications and marketing, APMEA for Nielsen. Pua also previously worked at GE Capital as VP and head of communications, Asia-Pacific, as well as in Citi Investment Research as its VP and head of communications, Asia-Pacific.

Recently, LinkedIn named Hari Krishnan as its new managing director in Asia-Pacific and Japan. He is tasked with serving the company’s 37 million customers in Asia-Pacific and Japan through its offices in India, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.
