Syncapse will be working with Reckitt Benckiser to help manage its social media marketing programmes for over 20 brands including Clearasil, Durex and Lysol on Facebook, Twitter and Google+  in multiple languages.

Simon Moutzouris, head of global digital marketing and social media at Reckitt Benckiser, said that Syncapse was selected based on its leadership position in social performance marketing. "The Syncapse Platform not only provides key social media management capabilities, but also empowers us to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our global programs from a single, centralized dashboard," he said.

Syncapse can be likened to social media content management platforms Buddy Media, Vitrue and Wildfire. It recently acquired Clickable, a social-and-search advertising platform, incorporating a paid-media element into the company. Its clients include Amway, L’Oréal, Anheuser-Busch InBev and RIM.
