SINGAPORE – Imogen Hewitt, managing director of Naked Communications Singapore, is set to return to Australia to take on a business development role at the agency’s Sydney office.

She will continue to oversee the Southeast Asia markets in her new role, but will also take on responsibility for Australia and New Zealand.

Despite her continued Southeast Asia remit, she told Campaign Asia-Pacific that Naked intends to continue its presence in Singapore, with the office actively looking for a replacement.

Naked Communications set up in the Lion City in March last year, with Hewitt and Richard Leong appointed as managing directors.

Hewitt relocated from Naked Sydney, which she joined when it launched in 2004. She initially headed planning on the prized Coca-Cola account, moving to be head of communications planning, and latterly holding the title of commercial director across the Sydney and Melbourne offices.
