Millennium Hotels & Resorts has launched Millennium for Business, a new corporate booking product to enable SMEs to manage their travel and bookings easily. The new product will replace the group’s old product, Business Direct.

The service – equipped with a social sign-on and central dashboard – allows businesses to manage travel, make itinerary-style bookings, cater to team members’ needs, earn rewards, and gain access to insights and reporting tools. It’s also been integrated with the My Millennium Guest Reward Programme.

The hotel group worked with the SME travel industry to design benefits on offer to Millennium for Business users and guests such as regular room upgrades, 15% off on all dining and events, early check-in and late check-out, and access to club or executive lounges.

This service is available across all Millennium hotels in Asia, Europe, Middle East and the US. In the meantime, Beijing, Singapore and other key destinations also offer SMEs the chance to combine their business and leisure trips, or ‘bleisure’ trips.
